Gender mainstreaming ewiv

In 2004, Doris Doblhofer and Zita Küng founded the social-profit gender mainstreaming EEIG (european economic interest grouping), aiming at executing transnational projects for gender equality and offering know-how and expertise via lectures, workshops and projects.

Key aspects are: gender equality management as a fundamental leadership competence, developing tools for analysing gender equality, designing and implementing processes for gender equality, equality controlling and gender budgeting.

Doris Doblhofer

Studied psychology and economics with the focus of leadership and organization; 20 years of work experience in gender equality affairs in terms of lectureships, publications, speeches, workshops for executives and consulting to administrations, universities, social-profit and profit-enterprises. Founder of “Total Equality Austria” and innovator of the quality audit for gender equality management.
