Equality Awards
Most of the partners in the project have their own awards or respectively carry out processes for business and / or higher education.
All of the awards of our project partners aim to promote equal opportunities for women and men in working life. The following areas of action are key to all organisations and are therefore in the center of the assessments:
- Recruitment and HR development (e.g. training activities for women)
- Corporate culture and raising management’s awareness and commitment for equal opportunities issues (e.g. a written corporate philosophy, /trainings)
- Income of female and male employees
- Proportion of women and men in management positions
- Compatibility of career and family or work-life-balance
