Online Survey

An online-survey was carried out with decision makers in industry and academia, who previously had applied for a gender equality award. They were asked to specify what kind of information on gender equality issues is difficult to obtain and which information would be helpful to support the improvement of gender equality in organisations.

The results have been used for developing helpful information and attractive tools for HR managers.

It also provides useful information on the critical area of gender equality policy implementation within the workplace.

The Survey was carried out in March/April 2011.
