“Gender Equality in the Workplace - Learn from the Best!”

The International Conference “Gender Equality at the Workplace: Learn from the Best” was successfully organised by the GenCo consortium in Athens, Greece on Thursday, 13 September 2012. Distinguished presenters from business, academia and Greek and European organisations, presented and discussed latest theoretical insights as well as practical suggestions on how to promote gender equality at the workplace.

Eighty two participants – mainly HR professionals and trainers – actively discussed their questions and own experiences. The participants highly appreciated the opportunity to network and exchange practices and insights with other colleagues.
